Adem\u00e1s de las zanahorias, la lechuga y el apio, puedes agregar a la mezcla rodajas de naranja, uvas y cerezas deshuesadas. Solo aseg\u00farate de cortar las uvas, las zanahorias y las cerezas si le vas a dar la ensalada a un ni\u00f1o peque\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bagel Integral con Frutos Rojos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si a su hijo le gustan los bagels y el queso crema, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no intenta presentarle las bondades abundantes de un bagel integral, de avena o de salvado con deliciosas bayas maduras? Muchas bayas, incluidos los ar\u00e1ndanos y las frambuesas, son ricas en antioxidantes y vitaminas. Simplemente use un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o para mezclar un poco de queso crema y bayas frescas antes de untarlas sobre el bagel.
